The appraiser, Joe, was early, nice, professional and straightforward. The price on the appraisal was the price we paid. We dealt with Melanie for scheduling, and she was organized and professional. The work was done on schedule within 10 days of the quote. There was a snag when a pipe in the basement floor (where the main drain for the house entered the floor) cracked because of nearby work and leaked slightly. However, once we called Melanie, she immediately had the president of the company call us back. They returned immediately and fixed it. We would definitely use this company again because of their promptness and professionalism.   <br />"

"These young guys were great. The winter had cracked and lifted the back half of my garage floor. I contacted Jay and he responded with a quote and a date to begin work. They called back and said they could do the work a week earlier if i wanted which was great because i was getting ready to put my house up for sale. The work was completed on time looked great, I then had them dress up the gravel part of my driveway when they had a chance. It was done that day at a extremely reasonable cost. <br /> All in all these guys did a great job. My wife mentioned to our neighbors what a good job they did and they were hired to replace the sidewalks. from what i said it was another great job. <br />"

I have followed up with them multiple times, and they said someone would come out to fix it, but no one has come. I had to hire and pay a plumber on my own. I couldn't use my sink for four days. I am disappointed in their customer service."

"Since it was impossible to determine the amount of damage to be found prior to their work, and since I was familiar with their work, I did not ask for a bid on this project, even though it is his practice to do so. The reconstruction of the front entryway was scheduled for June 25. They arrived as scheduled and worked diligently in the heat. It was a labor intensive project, with much more damage appearing than expected [rotting wood, a large ant nest etc.]. The flashing repair from another provider a few years earlier failed resulting in the seal to a large entryway window failing and requiring replacement. They spent a total of six days labor, with them leaving the project neatly protected while waiting for the new window to arrive. The new flashing and up-to-date materials should prevent this from happening in the future. I am very pleased with the results."
