"My experience with Ken, his employees / company was excellent! It was refreshing to hire someone who was honest and really cared about the results of his work. The weather at the time was a challenge but the job was done in a timely manner. Ken took the time and patience to add a vapor barrier that was not planned for initially to insure that our floor would last probably longer than I will! :) The job was neatly done from the repairs to the concrete to the end product. "Very well. I had siding and gutters put on my house by A K Gatsios. The man and his workers were great. He came with a small army of guys who worked on the four sides of the house at the same time, skillfully cutting and placing the siding, three floors coming to a peak, in just two days. Being retired I would spend time outside with neighbors watching from time to time and all were impressed at their work. All the men were skilled and Mr. Gatsios was there the entire time watching and involved in the work himself, cutting pieces and otherwise helping out, eyeballing anything that might not be up to his standard. I asked Mr. Gatsios not to put siding on some of the trim on the front of the house because I didn't want to have to nail into it to put up holiday decorations and he made some suggestions that were helpful in that regard. I'm very happy with the appearance of my house."

"Looks MUCH better. The only disappointment is that the filling of the large cracks can be seen through the seal coating. It reminds me of the first coat of paint on a new wall and the taping and spackling still shows through."

"I recently purchased a 2-family home that needed a lot of work, including tearing out really ugly carpet (some rooms were green and pink!) and laying laminate. Raul was fantastic. I provided him the flooring that I wanted and his team did a wonderful job of installing it within the timeframe that I was quoted from the beginning. I was able to give them access to the house without needing to be there, which I appreciate since I work for myself and don’t make money if I have to take off from work. The floors look even better than we were picturing, and we plan to hire him again when we’re finally ready to sand and stain the hardwood floors in the other unit. I definitely recommend him."
