"The pro has been servicing our Mclean property quite well for a couple of years. Our lawn looks good and we are satisfied with the service. The customer service is sometimes underwhelming but it gets the job done at a reasonable cost which is really becoming harder by the day to get."

"The service itself was average. However, it required extensive maintenance on my part, because after the treatment I had to water the entire lawn for the next several days. My lawn is 6/10 of an acre. I could not possibly meet the requirements for watering. This was not explained when I agreed to the contract. I was informed after the treatments by their technician. As a result I was denied much of the benefits of their services, an enormous waste of money. The actual price for the service still is unclear to me although I have asked numerous questions about how it was determined. The answers are circular and cost was based on phone conversations as well as email messages. The email shows a total of about $1,400-1,500, with a discount of some $351, making the cost around $1,050. I made 9 payments of $133, total of around $1,000-1,100. After I informed them that I was not renewing, I suddenly owed them the ?balance ? of the contract, $398. I?m paying it but am very disappointed."

"They played a lot of games with me on the phone. They're gimmick is to be very professional on the phone while not actually addressing your concerns. One tech I dealt with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He admitted the tech that was working my lawn failed to adequately manage. When I contacted the office I was gently rebuffed on over 10 occasions. When I spoke to a manager he was curt and dismissive. He refused to give me anything other than his first name. He assured me that I would no longer be billed but was not given anything in writing; they do not use email, at all. Of course, months later the bill for those services arrives. We were referred to this company by friends who seemed pleased, but I am just frustrated and angry at their flippancy with regards to my inquiries. It put a very bad taste in my mouth and I WOULD NOT recommend. There are plenty of lawn care companies, I'm sure you can find one that cares at least an iota about their customers."

"I hired Perennial Lawn Services to do my fall core aeration and seed in October of 2020. When the job was done, there were pockets of areas that were not seeded. I informed them in November and Charlie A, said it will be addressed. He sent David S to look at the property in late November and he said the following in an email "There are a few areas that will need some attention in the spring. The hill on the left side, the back left corner, and the right side of the driveway are the areas in particular. Ive put in a service call to visit the property around April 1st." 2021. I reminded them a few times after April 1st 2021 and on 5/5/21 David S said "Yes, it will be addressed. Thank you for your patience," However, the issue has not been addressed. When I complained to BBB, Perennial Services responded BBB saying that they have not heard from me about this issue. I can provide documented proof of the communication with Taylor W, Linn K - all cc'd on communication. Bottom line don't deal with them. If they can blatantly dispute a documented conversation, will you really trust them?"

"I agreed to replace 2 METAL sprinkler heads. I was billed for 3 PLASTIC heads. I contacted Pacific Lawn several times to correct the invoice and they insisted that I received 3 METAL heads whereas the invoice billed me for 3 PLASTIC. heads. I was not satisfied with their handling of the whole process."

"Manny from Right Lawn Care (and his assistant) did an excellent job clearing my jungle of a backyard that was overgrown with weeds, ivy, and tree branches. They were efficient, professional, friendly, and fast. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs yard work done."

"High marks for following through and meeting their commitment and doing great work. I had an Almstead arborist review the property and provide recommendations on some dead limbs and trees. We came to an agreement. When the crew came, the arborist wasn't there (later found out she'd left and moved north). As far as I could tell, the crew didn't have the instructions we'd agreed on and they did some, not all of the work. What followed was back and forth, but after a few months they sent out the crew to remedy the missing work. They did a great job and I was very glad. I appreciate the office staying on it and making it right. I've used them for 24 years and happily look forward to continuing to use them. It's a lot to trust your trees to someone!"
