"great repair good start to finish"

"The process from start to finish was very smooth. They responded immediately to my initial inquiry for a quote to fix damage on my chimney. The work started on time, but the scope of the job quickly increased due to extensive unseen damage. Xtreme Xteriors worked with me to get the job done right for a reasonable price. The workers who repaired the chimney were excellent in both their work and professionalism. During the chimney repair, damage to the roof was noticed. Xteme Xteriors worked with my insurance company to get the roof replaced and redo the gutters. The work was always done well. The workers were on time and professional. Communication with Xtreme Xteriors was easy and prompt. I would highly recommend them to complete roof and exterior work and would definitely use them again."

"It was a dream. The estimate was based on a thorough inspection of the roof. As it is considered a small repair job, the one man job was completed without drama in a little more than an hour the second day following the estimate. I was impressed and grateful that this small job was accorded the same prompt attention that a replacement would have been given. I plan to call Dr. Roof first for my roofing needs from now on."

"The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."

"Great company to work with for wind damaged roof. They worked with my insurance company and took care of all the details. I got a brand new roof with minimal out of pocket expenses. (insurance deductible only) Austin was great to work with, and their roofing crew was fast and got the job done in a professional manner and did a great job cleaning up after the job was complete. Highly reccomended."

"The job was completed as scheduled The crew did a wonderful job. They cleaned up nicely. My only complaint is: Mr Guynup did not inform me that the roof color I requested was not available. ."
