"Shady business. Does not do good service. Did not try to match shingles color. Also had to shingles that they refused to repair. Stated not in contract. But verbally said he would. Jeff does not listen. Just yells at you and threatens to take you to court. Awful experience "

"Had some shingles fall off my roof called A-Z Chimney they came the next day gave me an estimate on doing the job hired them they came the next day and replaced the shingles while they were doing the job found that my chimney needed work took pictures while on my roof showed me the the wear and cracks in my chimney The chimney also had no flashing around it hired them to repair the chimney they came the next day and did the job very professional got job done quick and efficiently when they were done with job took pictures of there work to show me very fair price would hire them to do work for me again I highly recommend this company Great Job Thanks "

"Right from the beginning Frankie stood out from the other contractors. First, he was very respectful and courteous. And secondly, the first thing he did was ask if he could go into the attic. He explained that he could see any issues and leaks that caused damage. Because of this we knew how many sheets of plywood would need to be replaced. No surprises. The estimate was was done on the spot and very thorough and well prepared. We waited days for the other estimates. The job start was delayed about a week by weather. But when it was time to start he and his crew hit it hard. Working sun up into dark to get the job done. Once started the job was completed on schedule like he said. The job site was kept clean and orderly and Frankie was always available for any questions I had. As a retired heavy construction foreman in NYC with 30 years experience I was impressed with how well organized his operation was. I would use him again and would definitely recommend him to others. "

"Keystone Roof solutions was a lifesaver, while everybody else came out with estimates that were completely high unrealistic. Keystone offered a very affordable option for our roof replacement needs. They were also very helpful , doing extra work for a very reasonable price. They replaced our roof in a matter of 3 days and kept us posted with every single detail during the process. "After receiving storm damage in April 2024, I submitted a claim to my Home Insurance Company and gave Dale from Roof Brothers the claim number. Dale provided a repair estimate to the Insurance Company and even met the adjuster when he came to do the appraisal. The Insurance Company said repairs could be done for under $900. Dale convinced my Insurance Company that was not the case. I would not have known how to convince the Insurance Company to pay for a complete new roof. Enough good cannot be said for the diligence and efforts Dale displayed. Being insurance ignorant, I would have stopped when the insurance talked repair. All insurance negotiations were done by The Roof Brothers and when all was said and done, I got a $42,581 roof for the cost of my deductible of $1000. I extend a very heart felt Thank You to The Roof Brothers crew. They are professional, knowledgeable and proficient. I highly recommend them for any needed roofing repairs."
