He first came to review each task, took notes and shortly thereafter emailed an itemized quote. Most importantly, he showed up on time and ready to work, we were at ease having him in our home and the quality of his work exceeded our expectations. It also bears mentioning that we'd received estimates for the same tasks from other handymen who inflated the complexity and cost of the job and/or overestimated their expertise (with carpentry and basic electrical work.) Rich fixed things that only needed a slight adjustment that others told us needed time-consuming repair or expensive replacement. He also pointed out things that we could easily do ourselves and money. He was a breath of clean air! We will wait for him to be available to tend to our needs in the future."

"Jerry was very responsive. He contacted me within 24 hours of my contacting him. He found the time to conduct an estimate the same day that he contacted us. We enjoyed talking with him. He looked for ways to repair our front door instead of replacing the front door. This saved us $600 to $700. His price estimate was very close to the actual cost. The actual cost was less than he quoted. He did all of the tasks identified in the work plan, which he provided to me to review and approve the day before of service. All of the repairs look and operate great! The job sites were spotless. We were extremely pleased with the service and will definitely use Jerry for future projects.

"Outstanding work!  I plan to hire them again for my next project.  The owner, Rick responded promptly to my call and was very professional and efficient. He provided a detailed list of what was to be included in the job.  The crew of five men arrived on time, moved furniture out of the way, prepped the area carefully and cleaned up completely at the end of each day. 
Although it wasn't included in the contract, the crew did some additional touch up painting of some doors & baseboards"since we already have the trim paint open."  I had also asked if I could use their ladder to clean and change lightbulbs in the hard to reach chandelier;  I came home and found that they did it for me.  I expected that with the additional work done that they might add on to the bill, but they didn't.  Instead I was more than happy to give the crew a good tip.

This was a great rom that included my Living room, dining room, and Kitchen. It was completely finished in one day including trim, base boards, and doors. I highly recommend 4 comers construction.
