"If you call this company up ask for Patrick - he was great to work with. Always quick to respond to questions we had and he is very educated about roofing and the industry. The crew that did the work was great. They estimated it to be a 1-2 day project and it ended up taking 2 days. I was really impressed with the cleanup. I was worried about nails in the yard because we have a couple of dogs and a riding lawn mower. They have these huge magnets they roll around in the yard that pick everything up. I only found a few nails by the gutter downspouts that drained from the gutters when it rained. Hire this company if you need a new roof."

"Since I am interested in replacing my current HVAC system with a TRANE system, I met with a Mr Quik representative.  He signed me up for a free electrical inspection (a promotion they had going at the Home Show).  The gentleman who came to perform the electrical inspection did a great job explaining a few problem areas.  I now regret not having Mr. Quik perform the electrical work when I finished my basement.
When I scheduled my HVAC PM with Mr. Quick in April 2012, I decided to sign up for their maintenance agreement which is $9 per month since I agreed to auto pay on a credit card.  This agreement is GREAT! It includes an annual cooling maintenance visit, annual heating maintenance visit, an electrical safety visit, and a plumbing inspection.  Not to mention that is also offers pricing discounts if any repairs do need to be made.
So far I have had a couple of electrical inspections, a couple of HVAC tune-ups, and a plumbing inspection and they have all gone very well.  On my last HVAC tune-up, the technician showed me how some of the capacitors are out of tolerance.  So I appreciated the fact that he took the time to show potential problem areas in detail.  For all of Mr. Quik's visits, the technicians have all been very helpful in explaining the work they are performing and are extremely courteous and insightful when answering my questions.
So far, I haven't needed to use Mr. Quik for any large repair or replacement service but it's been nice building a strong relationship through theses periodic maintenance visits.  I wouldn't hesitate to have them perform any major service I would need to have done in regards to Heating/Cooling, Plumbing, and/or Electrical.

"Very courteous, friendly, and professional staff... highly service-oriented.  Did an excellent job replacing all windows, including outside finishing.  The owner worked hard to make special supplier arrangements in order to custom-match our interior color scheme.  Owner also did extra work in dealing with the materials vendor - who was not his usual supplier - when that vendor initially sent wrong-sized windows (supplier's error).  The installation crew did a good job of clean-up following actual installation.  Our only recommendation for improvement would be to ensure more timely follow-up; on several occasions, we had to initiate scheduling and/or status reporting from our end.  But that said, it's clear that customer service and excellent workmanship at fair pricing are top priorities for this company.

Originally scheduled for a Friday didn't come out until the following Wednesday. would have preferred a phone call or text about the reschedule instead of the Angies list messaging system. They came early, stayed late, and finished in a day and a half. They were careful of our landscaping when removing the old roof and meticulous about cleaning up when the job was finished. "We obtained 6 bids to replace our roof. Caliber's bid was very competitive in price. It was a very difficult decision as to which company to select since all bidders were highly valued on Angie's List. We have a larger home plus a workshop that was in need of shingles. Spring rains made it difficult to schedule a date but with a 3 day window of clear weather the job was started at 8 a.m. and was completed at the end of the second day at 6 p.m. Workiing past 8 p.m. on the first day the 10 man crew was able to lay 103 squares of shingles in the two days. We were concerned about the hundreds of plants around our property being damaged and made that a priority. Chris the supervisor on the job was extremely helpful and kept the work moving along. "The windows themselves seem fine. My office seems cooler now when the afternoon sun hits the front of the house.
However, on the exterior, the white window frames kind of stand out too much from the rest of the house in terms of color. They told me that to get another color (almond for example) would have added several thousand to the bill.  I did not get the same impression or information from Windows Universe when we got our quote from them on non-white windows.
When it was time for the installer to leave, he rushed through explaining to me how to open up the double hung windows for cleaning. We previously had crank windows.
They continued working outside on the installation of the front windows even when it was lightning and pouring outside.
They arrived to measure the windows as promised
They came out to replace a screen when promised but didn't have a replacement screen with them.
When it came time to pay the remaining 50% after installation was completed, the installer was unable to take my credit card as payment so he had to find someone back in the office to take my payment information over the phone. Since their office closed at 4:00pm on a Friday, it took him a while to find someone.
