"Kim and Steve showed up about 2 hours after my call and went right to work.  They identify the damaged areas very quickly and describe a course of action for me.  The pulled up the carpet and took out the wet pad...place three blowers and a dehumidifier to dry up the water.  A new team came by on Tuesday to place new padding ..repair the seams and clean the carpet.  All in all a good experience considering. He is supposed to come back and clean it.  Pillows are still piled up as it is drying, so can't tell yet about the overall quality of the job.  That was 2/9--as of 2/15 he had never contacted me, so I cleaned the skirt of the sofa myself.    He told me that the furniture would dry in 6-8 hrs.--after 48 hrs. both were still damp to the touch.
