The quality of the painting was excellent overall. While I always expect to follow up with a little touch up or extra coat here or there, I was impressed with how much attention was paid to the toughest parts of the job... in particular, painting along difficult edges such as where existing caulk met brick, or where the tudor panels and boards meet. "I had an appointment and had to leave home toward the end of the day.  As he was likely to finish the job before I returned, I gave him a check for the balance due.  When I got home that evening, it was obvious that he packed up and left as soon as I had gone, as no more work was done. I called immediately and received email promises to return but  follow up phone calls were never responded to.  That was early October and this is early April.   Though some of the runoff from the roof has been diverted, large amounts of rainwater still pours down onto the rear door area.
