That was the last time we heard from these clowns. "Dave", whoever he is, never called back, and failed to return numerous phone calls. In other words, he ghosted us. They were very professional and very good. I was unaware of several problems and they fixed them along with the cleaning of the chimney. They took pictures before and during the process.
