"I had a very frustrating experience with Cox Construction. I spoke with someone on the phone who was kind and assured me they could come out in the morning to fix my dryer. Based on that, I rearranged my day and stayed home to be available. Unfortunately, they never showed up. I tried calling and left a message, but I never received any response. It?s extremely unprofessional to commit to a time and then not follow through or communicate at all. I understand that things can come up, but a simple call or message would have made a big difference. As it stands, this was a complete waste of my time and very disappointing."
