They were very considerate of my floors (which they kept clean) and didn't waste any time. They installed a new electrical outlet outside for my hot tub with extra space for my outdoor tv projector. "I was very impressed with the service. I am a photography student so I work with a lot of heavy weight programs and very large files. I also do a ton of research along with my school work. After one year of using my brand new laptop for school, I had NO space left on my computer, it was crashing constantly, files were corrupting, and of course, everything was taking forever to load. I called HelloTech for help. They were very understanding of my need for a very complete and fast repair. "Our outside light fixture would cause a new 10 year CFL or LED bulb to burnout. This happened with several new bulbs and we thought this might be a sign of a short or other wiring problems. We called Farryn Electric and the office scheduler, Shelly, was very helpful in expending a service visit. They sent out 2 electricians who promptly concluded that the CFL and LED light bulbs were not compatible with our fixture which had dimmer, timing and dawn to dusk features. They reset the fixture as it had been left by a prior owner in a "test" setting. They were very friendly and understanding considering the the problem was caused by our use of the wrong type of light bulbs. Shelly called later that day and said there would be no charge for the visit which we felt was very generous of them. We had never used Farryn before this as they were recommended by a neighbor.

"Originally hired Nick and the Creative Pavers team several years ago to design and install a complete backyard hardscape/landscape package including a paver patio, walkway, steps, lighting, wood deck, and fire pit.  At the time they were not active on Angie's List, so consider this a review of my entire relationship with them now and going back 5 years or so.  I can't begin to say enough about how great they have been.  Their original design and installation was exceptional, and they're follow-up and diligence to meeting they're original schedule commitment was great.  I was so pleased, I bought them back again several months later for another smaller job building a retaining wall and planter in my front yard.

Since those originals installs I have called them back twice for some minor maintenance and settling repairs.  Should point out the repairs were not needed due to poor quality of work, and were nothing more than the typical wear and tear/weather/settling issues you'd expect after 5 years.  Nick and Jack have consistently provided the same level of outstanding service and follow-up throughout our entire relationship.  Relationship is the operative word here, they are most definitely not your typical "here today, gone tomorrow" contractor.  They truly care about their customers and reputations and it shows in every interaction.  I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a hardscape/landscape project.
