"Came out to check for hollow spots under basement floor, after sewer rooter guy said to do so. Pleasant knowledgeable and honest. He said we didn't need the work due to what was happening to our floor was not serious.He also looked at our steps but they are too damaged to mudjack and he just said they needed eventual replacement."

"The process went quickly with detail showed in every step of the process. We asked and hoped that the raising would not cause the opposite end of the sidewalk to be raised above the point where it meets the driveway. There was no guarantee it would be that way, but they worked hard to make it level and safe.  For the sidewalk to be raised 2", we didn't want a stumble step to be created and be 2" above the driveway. They were able to raise it and leave a pitch so the water would drain properly and both ends of the sidewalk were right on. <br /> This process creates an huge mess. They cleaned everything and even filled the part of the garden next to the sidewalk with some black dirt. They were prepared to handle everything and make it right. <br />"

After our first appointment, he gave me a very detailed, itemized estimate of the work he recommended to fully waterproof my basement (sidewalk and french drain on one side, regrading the other). In total it was more than I wanted to spend right now, so I opted for just the sidewalk. He was able to schedule the work fairly quickly. His crew was prompt, professional, and fast. "My entire experience with Madsen Concrete Services was very smooth. Tom was quick to respond and come out for a bid and he was very professional. He was patient with all my questions and he made sure he completely understood what I was asking for. He offered a solution to the drainage problem I was having with my original patio to make sure the new patio didn't experience the same problems. <br /> The tear out and forming was done in one day. The following day the new patio was poured and it looks great.
