"We hired them to install gutters and paid a deposit and then the final bill when they were done. They later sent us a bill with a late fee attached. Thinking we had forgotten to pay them, we paid it - a $1680 overpayment. When we realized this, we contacted them multiple times, sent them proof of payment, and requested our money to be returned. They have repeatedly told us they would refund the money, but never have. This has been going on for over a month. Their latest communication said our payment would be in our bank on 12/9. Still no money. They are trying to keep our money."

"Called Vantrae for an estimate and he came out the same day to give me a quote. We scheduled to have him come out October 29th to do the work. We had new gutters and gutter guards installed. They showed up on time. I am very happy with the results. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. They worked efficiently, and paid attention to details and made sure everything was aligned properly. If you are considering gutters, I highly recommend this company. Great service, quality materials and work."
