He listened to our concerns and He is took some measurements and provided some samples of pavers and pool resurface material. He is fairly knowledgeable and talked with us about what we want our space to look like. He said he would have to talk with his business partner, put our measurements/figures in the computer and he would contact us in 3 days. I did not receive any communication from Jim until Tuesday, 11/22, he left me a message to return his call. I called him on Wednesday, 11/23 and advised that we had signed a contract with another company. We did meet with another company in the mean time that went above and beyond our expectations. I have no ill will towards Jim or Caribbean Pools but I prefer a company that contacts me when they say they will. "
