Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."

"The team was experienced and worked very well together. Our house was complicated to do. We are 12 feet from the neighbors, have a fenced in yard, a lot of landscaping and it is 2 1/2 story 140 year old house. The roof is very steep with dozens of valleys and slopes. The team worked a couple of 12+ days. Perfect clean up. We had one mishap the an awning being a victim of a stray shingle. One day after the job was complete, the house was inspected and a check is on the way for a new awning. Just excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them."
