I reached out to the company just a few months after installation, and they came out once, claimed they made repairs--but nothing changed. Fast forward to the heavy storms in June and July 2025, and the problem became very clear: the gutters were never properly repaired and are now causing flooding, lower deck damage, and erosion around my home. Despite being well within the 1-year warranty, Berger Home Services is now trying to charge me a $75 fee just to inspect the issue--plus possible repair costs--for a problem they never fixed in the first place. I've filed multiple complaints with the Better Business Bureau, and still, nothing has been resolved. "
