Although I had previously removed the door and trim to allow access, the walls remained as they were. "I was expecting and prepared to have to tunnel or break concrete, but Morgan Leak Detection came in, located the leak and was able to bypass the bad line and reroute it with only a few simple to patch holes in the drywall.
