"Austin A. was our salesman who took our order and did a brilliant job. In fact, I canceled 2 other companies after listening to his sales pitch and went with West Shore Home. I highly recommend Cody B. and Joe H. for their professional skills and the job they did. I am extremely pleased with my new shower stall and all the items that came with it. I went with a minimalist look for the shower since it's in our basement. It replaces an old bathtub and tired-looking tile that never seemed to get clean. My husband installed it many years ago when we turned our basement into an in-law suite. It ended up being my son's little apartment and being a guy, he hardly ever cleaned that area. Now that he is engaged, we wanted to make the bathroom someplace his Fiancee will feel comfortable using while living there. Thank you West Shore Home."

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"Outstanding job. Quick and efficient. Came to give me an estimate the next day and two days later, my walk-in shower was installed. I had to replace a tub/shower combination due to cracks on the flooring and leaking water and I chose to replace it with a walk in shower. It is really nice and I love it."

"Fortune Plumbing installed a dishwasher for me in late April. The technician was prompt and polite and did a good job considering the difficulty of the install. I had some concerns, however, about some aspects of the install that were not up to par. Within 48 hours of contacting Fortune to express my concern, the owner of the company was in my house and fixing the small issues, free of charge. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reputable plumber with excellent customer care and service.

"the installation went great, it was done very quickly, the only suggestion I would have would be clean up."

"They were fantastic! Arrived promptly, and were very professional and courteous. They worked us into their busy schedule for an emergency repair, and ended up replacing half our kitchen laminate for us as it was previously installed incorrectly by a family member. Job was completed in less than a day and they Even cleaned up before leaving. J&I’s professionalism and expertise were well above our expectations. We highly recommend them and will definitely call in future for further flooring needs."

"Paul met me on time and was a wealth of knowledge about my butcher block countertops I need installed. He was extremely professional, friendly and creative. He made professional recommendations I needed and will be back next week to install my countertops."

"We had several windows replaced and also upgraded a window into a door and we are absolutely loving all of them. Anthony and his team were excellent and showed up right on schedule and installed everything in a couple of days. We highly recommend Revamp, LLC."
