"Prompt, professional, and superior service. I am beyond excited and satisfied with the service provided. Having landscape lights installed improved the curb appeal of my home. Jeremy and his crew were efficient and finshed the job in less than 2 hours. I would recommend this company! You have a customer for life and I will call you when I am ready to get ceiling fans installed. Keep up the amazing work!"

"Tony is really good about answering inquiries; he went beyond the work that we had agreed upon. He informed me of quirks in the electrical system and gave good suggestions...he was also easy to deal with. Tony was competitive with his price and came in lower than his initial estimate, too!"

"Everything went great! Very professional. Matt made sure every detail was taken care of. No mess left behind, nothing left unfinished. After removing old wooden spindles and replacing with new iron ones. Matt asked if I had touch up paint so that he can repaint bottom rail. This is some of the details that I’m speaking of. I have more projects that I will definitely use Matt again for. Thank you."

"I put in my claim with choice home warranty and CHW setup an appointment for/with Demond electric company The technician arrived I paid the required service fee charge (the service fee varies per state -i have used CHW in 3 different states and the service fee was affordable for the 3 different states) The Demond Electric technician Paul was very very professional, polite, knowledgeable and did a great job."

"Robert and his crew did an amazing job on installing a new electrical panel (upgrading from 200 AMP to 400 AMP). They were on top of coordinating with the county and electrical company. I strongly recommend them."

FAQs for electrical for home addition or remodel installation projects in Cleveland, GA

There are several telltale signs that your home is due for an electrical upgrade. You may need to rewire your house if your lights are constantly flickering or your circuit breaker keeps tripping. If you feel mild electric shocks when you touch light switches, hear buzzing sounds, or notice burning smells, you may need to rewire your house, too. Discolored or burnt-looking switches and faceplates are another crucial warning sign.

Properly installed copper wiring in a residential property can last as long as 50 to 100 years in some cases, but many homes over 30 years old are due for an upgrade. That’s the timeline that many experts recommend, even if it is only a partial update to accommodate technological advancements, increased power demands, and changing safety requirements.

At $3 to $5 per square foot, the cost to wire a 2,000-square-foot house ranges from $6,000 to $10,000, on average. This can depend on many factors, like the age and complexity of the house and how easy it is for contractors to access the areas they need to get the job done. Opening and repairing walls can further add to your total cost.
