"Had what was supposed to be entirely new system (but they used the old pipes under the house). installed 4 years ago (2018). Since then have had to have them out each year due to moisture problems, condensation on floor vents, and leaking. Clogged drainage tube twice, ruined my floor twice. When called and worker sent out the worker did little to nothing but was still charged a service fee. After the fourth issue and the second time floors ruined we complained and upon receipt of our complaint they told us not to call them again and said they had blacklisted us. Would not recommend to anyone!"
