"Had a problem in the guest bathroom the commode was leaking which caused a leak in our basement. We installed a pail to catch the water and called Mr. Clean Drain Plumbing Inc. right away. Arlie and Frankie showed up within a day and solved the problem immediately. While here we also had them fix a leak in the tubing for the hot water tank. He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. He was very helpful in providing me additional savings and existing tax credits for the Attic Breeze vent system installed including for the heat pump providing me with the forms. "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
