Michael, the sales rep., was available when needed to review the project. He was very skilled in assessing my situation and communicating his findings and recommendations.  Dan, the foreman, was outstanding in explaining the process, holding his team accountable, always available for  following up on questions or concerns I had. The whole group of team members were courteous, helpful, and respectful. My only complaint is that they were so busy from the prior season I waited almost 9.5 months before they could begin the project. However I was warned by Michael that it could take that long. It was well worth the wait though as the final product and service delivery was exceptional. The job was estimated to take about a week and that was accurate as well."
