"I did not hire or even hear from this outfit. I did hear from 2 other outfits, one of which was Landmark Construction Co. The gentleman arrived after calling, and in 1/2 hour the job was done in a very professional manner. The problem was a hinge on the door between the house and the garage that had loosened. I was delighted that a nuisance was taken care of that quickly. The price was right ($110) and the work was excellent."

"Excellent! Our family room looked like it was from the 1970's. Joe and Matt did a fabulous job getting rid of fake beams, making all the walls smooth (some were smooth, some textured), getting rid of bamboo wallpaper, getting rid of the chair rail and painting our fireplace so it doesn't look like such a monstrosity.
