I asked him to provide an estimate w scope of work, but he never provided this. When i followed up w him, he said they were busy & needed a few more days to provide estimate. They never provided an estimate, given the lack of interest I decided not to follow up a 2nd time. Not sure what the issues were, but given my experience I would not recommend them for landscaping services. Bottom line, I was disappointed in lack of interest & no follow up. Ernie Kulik"

We wanted old overgrown shrubs to be removed and replaced with shrubs that would not require much upkeep and trimming. He told us about evergreens that have various hues and sizes. He planted seven shrubs, there are three different hues and one shrub that will grow taller. Then put stone down as dressing for the bed. We could not be happier. A neighbor hired him to work on her landscape after she saw his work. Kirk and Rob were great!!!"

Specialized Concrete has 8 full time Employees. We do all aspects of concrete flat-work and decorative stamped concrete work and Hardscape. Cost is determined by job. No travel charges. We have been serving the Cleveland area since 2003, all estimates are free. Specialized Concrete is fully bonded and insured. I do a mix of both residential and commercial work
