These guys showed up on time (even in a snow storm!), were professional and courteous - and wore shoe coverings - and checked out everything we wanted looked at. They offered suggestions for a few additional items and even showed us how to do some things ourselves, as well. They were at the house for about an hour and a half, and they charged about half of what I expected. 10/10 will use CG Electric again!"

"Blake returned my call that day for work that included installation of lights and outlets in basement, installation of a dedicated outlet in garage and troubleshooting some other issues. 4 days later the work started and after some initial changes a majority of the work was completed. Finished the job the following week with a half day of work. Called with an issue regarding a GFI switch. They were out the next day and determined that the issue was with the Christmas lights not the electrical wiring. Nick was polite, punctual, and cleaned up after himself. "Streb Electric contacted me through email right away after filling out the quote request at Angie's List website. In fact, out of four companies to which I requested a consultation, they were the first to respond and the easiest to work with. They charge $65 service fee, regardless if the call is for quoting or for performing an actual job, but unlike others, they have fixed prices and charge for the job/project, not hourly rates. We set an appointment, they came and explained the service and provided a quote, then we set a date for the repairs. They arrived on time on both occasions and called first to let us know they were on their way and to provide ETA. They did a good job and explained what they were doing and after the work was done, their warranty. I will surely use their service in the future. P.S. They have a membership service option. For a monthly fee they can waive the service charge (saving $65 each time they come) and do a house inspection. It also provides subscribers with a discount over their price list. I would recommend this if you live in an old house with a lot of little details to fix (like ours)."

"Mr.Electic and Ryan, as well as the electrician, were all amazing. My electric panel burned out at night. I called them at 10pm and they had a representative at my house the following morning. They're quote was within market rates with a bit of an expected mark-up for urgency. It was definitely reasonably priced, especially since i couldn't find anyone else able to do the job right away. Long story short, the electrician was at my house the very next day after the quote and did an AMAZING job installing a larger panel. "Our electrician Bill was very knowledgeable, courteous, and worked quickly. He swapped the light fixtures in our whole ranch inside and out. As he was leaving, he noticed we were still using regular light bulbs on our track lighting, and that we could save energy by switching to LED. He happens to have spare LED bulbs in his truck.
