They were able to completely till the preexisting backyard area and reseed in two working days. Once the seed and straw were down, I followed his plan of watering which led to amazing results. It's been close to a year since the job was completed and looks great. As long as you follow their guidelines of watering if no rain is in the forecast, you'll have a great looking yard."
