"Had Mills Fence install privacy fence 15 years ago. I was extremely happy with my original experience. When it came time to replace the fence I contracted them to replace the fence they originally installed. Mills Fence Co. did not manage their subcontractor. When I reported challenges with communicating with installer and installation concerns, I was told he was a good installer and my concerns were dismissed. Repeatedly called regarding concerns. They never called to ask how the project was going and never followed up at the end. I had to clean up the yard and remove concrete from established gardens. Damaged concrete sidewalks by leaving concrete mix on sidewalk when it was raining. I strongly advise not hiring them and if you do please insist that someone from the installation department walk through the scope of work with installer and owner to confirm exceptions."

"Eads Fencing Co. maybe one of the worst companies we have ever done business with in our 35+ years of owning homes. 1. The first install was the wrong color (Eads fault) the first crew installed the fence about a foot above the ground, (pictured). When we informed the crew that this was WRONG, they decided to cut off the bottom of the post to cover-up their error (pictured). 2. This first crew had spray painted our neighbors fence (pictured), and paint drips on our driveway. - After all this, a few days later a second crew, which seemed like a family who also brought their elementary children with them, to tear out the fencing. Leaving 31 -- 2 to 3 foot holes in our back yard. This was to cause a liability for us if anyone was to fall/hurt themselves on our property due to these holes. Eads contract states that the customer takes care of the Dirt/Spoils, as the “installer will pile around post”. EADS had to remove all the post due to your mistake. Therefore they should have replaced the dirt until they can complete their part of the contract. They would not, so we had to fill these holes since it was going to be another 8 weeks before the correct color fencing was to come in. - Even after the correct fencing came in Eads did not order enough post, panels or even enough post caps. Making the completion of the install an even longer process. - The contract was signed on May 5, but the final completion and payment was not until October 30, 2023. - Even 2 weeks after invoice was paid, we had to contact Eads to fix a crooked post (Nov. 14th 2023) - In March of 2025, 17 months after completion of the fencing, one of the panels started coming out of the post. (pictured) - - After multiple emails and phone calls to Eads asking them to come to repair the fence, stating to them that we know the warranty has expired, and that this will cost us, they NEVER ‘got back’ to us. - We now have straps holding the fence post together - I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT USE Eads FOR ANY FENCING. As Brian, from Eads, has stated in one of his emails to us, is “that we messed up” (July 19th 2023)."

Despite the fact he underquoted us due to a mis-measure from someone on his team — he stood by the original quote, like an honest person. 3 years later, there was a wee problem with one of our gates, so we reached out to Kendall (who responded immediately), and Joe came back out within 48 hours and made it perfect -- totally free of charge! He just swung by and fixed it first thing in the morning. Again, this is particularly notable because at this point they had changed ownership, but they helped us out anyways. Anyways, based on my experience, I would recommend this company. They gave quality work — and just as important, they were upstanding citizens (which, I am finding, is increasingly rare)."

"Purchased a home in June 2018, on which Jent had JUST replaced the roof from wind damage. As new buyers we even picked out the color as it was being installed during the sale. Less than 6 months into owning the new home, the roof started leaking by a kitchen window with water running directly into an outlet. Husband disconnected the outlet and I called Jent. They said someone would be in touch. Nothing. I called again and they said there is no warranty for a new owner. Warranty doesn't transfer but they would have a project manager contact me. Nothing. Called again and "someone would be in touch"... That was in July. Had a roof inspector confirm that it was an installation issue. They do not stand behind their work. They do not communicate. I hope this review helps when considering a roofing contractor."
