"I purchased a multifamily house with 2 stories. The 2nd floor had 1 inch original hardwood from 1920 that laid on the floor joists so you could hear every footstep downstairs and my tenants almost moved out. I hired Cesar to take on a tedious and technical ceiling soundproofing technique for the apartment using RSCI rubber clips, hat channels, insulation, and making the 1st floor airtight. I was so impressed with how he was able to juggle handling my tenant for 2 weeks, compensating for delayed shipping by driving 3 hours to New York and picking up the materials himself to make sure we meet the deadline, redoing 1 entire room at his loss and not charging me for it because the original technique we tried did not work, and listening and working with me to make sure we didn't miss any details that would cause sound transfer (and this was impressive because I am very detail oriented). My tenants moved in and were very impressed by the finished looked of the new ceilings and crown molding. We saw a sound improvement of about 15 STC in both airborne and impact noise. It cut down sound transfer by 2/3 in the 1st floor apartment. I will be adding rubber underlayment upstairs underneath the new flooring to completely block out the rest of the impact noise that transfers from the floor above to the walls downstairs that support it! I'll be calling Cesar and his crew again."

"I called United Pro last year to do a repair for a leak that I got in the beginning of the pandemic. Benny came out when it was raining because water was coming in the house. He laid a tarp and stopped the leak immediately. He quoted me a price for that piece of roof but explained that I will have to replace the entire roof of the house because it was not done correctly and I was going to get another leak on the other side of the house. Just as he said 1 year later I got a leak on the other side of the house. I called them immediately because he was honest and up front with price and what it was going to cost. He then came later and washed my porch picked up all debris that was left and the dumpster was picked up 10 min later. My Roof looks amazing and the house looks like nothing ever happened."

"Myself and my father has used MJA Contracting for two roofs in our houses in Jersey City. Both times Manuel and his team has taken good care of us and installed good roofs. At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! After all completed American Quality Home was not satisfied. I have the old ceramic siding they replaced all the broken pieces and fitted aluminum trim on all the areas where the roof meets the ceramic siding. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
