"Diego came by to give me an estimate on replacing a 10 year old mini-split AC that was not holding temperature. Instead of the costly replacement, he recommended a recharge and coil replacement, which was done. During the repair, Diego noticed the blower wheel was clogged and thoroughly cleaned it. After the repair and cleaning, the AC worked great during a 90+ degree weekend and is cooling like a new unit. I'm hoping to get another 5 years out of the unit. "I needed a new back door installed where there was previously a leak. He fixed the leak and installed new door which I picked out. I also needed bi-fold closet door installed due to limited space. My front steps were cracking and breaking off and he was able to repair what I had. Foundation had cracks which were repaired and then painted. You can't even tell that there were cracks. I also had him power wash the deck and repair some loose pieces to reinforce it. I trust his opinion and he is honest with me. If he can repair something then he does- he doesn't just tell me to replace it so he can make more money like other contractors. I trust him and his crew and highly recommend."
