Blue Line responded promptly and provided a competitive bid for damages to our garage internal wall / ceiling, bedroom closet / carpet, and roof. Flashing was installed on the roof and new shingles where needed, internal wall / ceiling damages were repaired and new carpet was installed in the bedroom. The Living Room was also repainted. "Estimator showed up on time for both jobs and provided good detail on what needed to be done and what to expect. Estimator provided good input on the materials to be used and whether or not we should consider any upgrades on materials. Written estimates were received same day or next day. Office employees provided good information on scheduling, what to expect and when we should expect to see materials & crews arrive. Materials & dumpster showed up on time and were placed as requested. Roofing crews showed up on time with the materials needed. The work was done quickly on both houses....well within the time frame provided. Clean-up on the job site was excellent during and after completion of the job. Crews were friendly and answered questions and concerns as the job progressed. There was one detail item with the finishing work on the 2nd house that was missed by the sub-contractor initially, BUT, when I contacted the company and asked for it to be rectified, the issue was rectified quickly with no problems. I'm very happy with their work and would recommend them as a great company to be used by others! Overall a very good experience! And better yet, after an incredibly heavy recent rain in the vicinity with strong wind, everything is watertight, sealed and behaving as expected.
