"The initial work was done in a day and it seemed to have gone smoothly, but then after a month the garage door seemed to not work properly. The garage door would hesitate when initially lifting up and the motor was not as quiet. I had them come out a couple of times to double check everything and they said everything was fine. I had the second garage door company come out to look at it and they determined that the motor was not defective, but that it was installed incorrectly."
