"<p>On Jan 22, 2016, Mr. Cooper and his helper arrived at approx. 7:30 am to begin work.  I have to commend Mr. Cooper because the day began at 31 degrees and never warmed up to over 38 degrees.  It was a cold, cloudy, windy day.  Mr. Cooper and his helper completed the work at about 3:30 p.m. Accent Gutters installed approximately 300' of seamless gutters with leave guard protection and 6 downspouts with extensions.  Mr. Cooper advised us our original gutters on the back side of the house did not have leaf guard protection as we originally thought but only chicken wire covering the gutters. In our original estimate, we only asked that he only tie into the existing gutters.  We asked if he could install the leave guards and possibly add another downspout to our original gutters.  We contracted this service with him and he agreed to return in one week to install the items.  During the week we had a rain storm and we noticed a couple of the gutter extensions did not drain properly.  When Mr. Cooper returned, we addressed our concerns and Mr. Cooper assessed the problem, modified the downspouts and reattached the extensions.  We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and personal attention to detail of Mr. Cooper and Accent Gutters and Exteriors.  We would highly recommend this company to all our neighbors and friends.  His work comes with lifetime guarantee!</p> <br />"
