"Lou Topia and son did a superb job refinishing our wood floors. They had to remove and dispose of old carpeting. They added matching hardwood to areas that did not have hardwood and interlaced hardwood in areas that needed to be extended. They sanded and buffed all of the hardwood, and then applied four coats of poly. We trusted them with our house while we moved out for those four days. We highly recommend them for anyone requiring new hardwood installation as well as refinishing existing hardwood flooring. they are the best!!!"

One room had wall to wall carpet that was ripped up and had glue all over the old flooring and they cleaned it up to look flawless. Stairs refinish also perfect. "The house was a bit of a challenges because there were multiple woods (oak, maple, and pine). Getting a stain to match across all these woods wasn't easy. We were also between a few colors, so it was hard to decide. Anh was very accommodating and gave us samples from the workshop as a starting point. We got a shortlist from that, which he then put as samples on the floor so we could really see what it would look like. We made lots of iterations which he was happy to do. The crew finished the work in less than a week. They were prompt and available when promised. Every day they cleaned up their work. In short, we're very happy with the results. Anh was also one of the more reasonable quotes from the list of 4 that we received (his quote was clear/concise and prompt). He was also a referral from a friend, so that made our choice even easier."
