He had a thorough knowledge of masonry issues common in this area and my problem in particular.  He gave me an estimate in about a week and a contract was signed a few weeks later.  One minor negative experience concerned his inability to give me an exact start and finish date.  However, after a few weeks of waiting, his crew arrived and worked diligently for three days.  I am happy with the outcome but the price did seem somewhat high.  Overall, I will not hesitate to contract again with Mr. Howell or recommend him."
