I did not have any dislikes and the main like would fall under customer service. I liked the fact that he is willing to be patient enough to explain to me to make sure I understood what he was doing. He price-shopped for the big part we needed for the septic pump. He under-promises and over-delivers. He is a really good guy. He even calls and says he is on his way, too.
