What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! "Joseph Seifert Contracting came out quickly and gave us an estimate for the work that needed to be done, also giving us a time frame/wait time. The estimate was less than most of the other estimates we had received. They were within a week or two of the estimated time frame and completed the work for the amount that had been quoted. They were able to complete the work in one day. We had a minor issue with a roof overhang that had not been completed, but the crew was back out the next day and fixed the issue. We were very happy with their work, the professionalism of the crew and staff in the office. They cleaned up completely when they were finished."

"Janucz was on time, friendly, professional and worked hard to make sure I was happy. HOWEVER, upon installation of my tile kitchen backsplash, the workers were found standing on my stove top, used my garbage can as their mixing bucket (which Janucz ran out and purchased a new one for me) and chipped several tiles. It took far longer than expected too. I would be weary of recommending them if I knew I couldn't be around to supervise the job like a hound. If it were Janucz doing the job, I would trust him implicitly. He was respectful and meticulous. His workers, not so much."
