"With the growing concern of dryer vent fires, I felt it was a neccessity. We have an extra long dryer vent run with a booster fan so I felt a professional service was the way to go. Also the dust through out the house seemed to be more present than I thought it should be and we were having sinus issues.They were prompt, very polite and careful not to track any dirt inside. The only complaint I have after they left was that all the dryer lint,which was plenty, had been blown straight out onto my yard. I didn't realize it until my dog had been tracking it in. Also one of the cold air returns looked pretty dirty as if they forgot to clean that one. I didn't call them on it since I didn't catch it right away and all and all they did a good job and gave me much peace of mind. I've had a lot of bad experiences with other service providers that had fully intended to rip me off but VentCorp was not like that. I felt very comfortable having them in our house.
