"The Perez company did exceptional work trimming our trees, they were very thorough and careful and did exactly what we requested. Mr. Perez is a hard worker and shaped our trees perfectly. Both he and Mrs. Perez made certain that the final outcome looked great. They removed all the cuttings and left the job site looking perfect. We will always call them for future tree projects. Additionally, we hired them to do a painting project, which they were well qualified to do. We were equally impressed with their painting skills. "My overall experience was extremely positive.  Ray is trustworthy and easy to communicate with.  He was flexible with us as we had some design changes (upgrading the wood, hidden fasteners) that changed the project scope.

"Fence installed by Mr. Sizemore alone. He had no crew. Said we did not need survey - having to survey again because new tenants in the new house next to our property line saying fence on their property (in some places) but no problem with them?!?. Lot of left over fencing and cement which we paid for but gave to Mr. Sizemore to move from our property. Plat of fencing and plat of cement left and approximately 20 bags of cement was rained on. Fence not installed the length we paid for so we lost money!!!!!! He was to do another project for us to replace wood under carport which we paid him an additional 600.00 to do and he used old vinyl siding already there saying he did not know anything about siding. He supposedly replace the top with the right boards? Used stain he had left over from another project which was not the color we were supposed to have because he said the heat ruined left over stain from the fencing. Now the siding trim is falling down - not a professional job at all. He is a good person but needs help with his business. Said he was trying to get help but no one wants to work!! He did a professional job with the fencing that he did install but we lost money!!! If on neighbor’s property, fencing will have to be removed!!! A potential issue Nightmare!!!"

"After the repair was done I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling where one of the roof vents were replaced. I called the Subcontractor Brian on a Saturday morning. The weather was cold and raining. He was at my house within the hour up on the roof and fixed the leak. I havent had any leaks since. I would hire Brain the Subcontractor again."

Albert?s man came in at 9:30am.  He had the wallpaper and the glue removed by noon, the walls patched (my walls didn?t need much patching) and primed by 2:30pm and the main coat of paint completed by 4:00pm.  He didn?t hesitate when I asked him to also paint/freshen up the trim.  He even walked in with trim paint in his hand and asked about it before I asked.  He did a fantastic job that I refuse to do myself and I do a lot of my own home repair and upgrading.  He covered my new cabinets and countertops to protect them.  He cleaned everything and left no mess of any kind.



I highly recommend Albert?s team of good hard workers that take the time to do the job right and attention to detail.  I?ll be calling them back in a few months to repaint my entire family room.  Thank you Albert for the great job.
