"The Perez company did exceptional work trimming our trees, they were very thorough and careful and did exactly what we requested. Mr. Perez is a hard worker and shaped our trees perfectly. Both he and Mrs. Perez made certain that the final outcome looked great. They removed all the cuttings and left the job site looking perfect. We will always call them for future tree projects. Additionally, we hired them to do a painting project, which they were well qualified to do. We were equally impressed with their painting skills. "This was the easiest possible process I could have imagined.  I already had some plans so they just gave me a quote, timeframe, and went to work.  They worked VERY quickly and the quality was impeccable.  The board spacing was good, the deck screws were sunk below level (so you don't feel them when walking barefoot), the wood is great quality, the edges were all smoothed and sanded.  I can't think of a single complaint so far.  I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would definitely recommend them for deck work.

Mr. Sizemore texted me before he arrived, showed up on time, gave me an estimate, far better than previous estimates I had gotten, and even said he had the materials to do the repair job right then. He went to work, replaced 15 boards on my fence, cleaned up and was finished in about 20 minutes. I was completely amazed. "Great Jeff Patterson came out checked roof, did minor repairs as part of deal. Roof needed some shingles replaced and end caps repaired. Jeff gave price we agreed and were told someone would be out in week or two. next day guy came out and did the work. couldn't ask for better action. told roof would last 4 to 5 years and that was a pleasant surprise as every one around us having new roofs ."

"I was amazed at the work they performed. I contacted Ryan to explain about my old house that had a very sooty and mossy brick chimney...not to mention a very dirty brick patio. I was worried that the old grout in my brick would be damaged by pressure washing, Ryan assured me that they would be very gentle...by first treating problem areas, scrubbing if needed and then rinsing with gentle pressure. He said they could also clean the wooden part of my house and deck. They cleaned the wooden areas and did not damage any old paint. They did an outstanding job...above and beyond my expectations.
