"I am away out of state on a work trip and Out of no where my wife informs me we had water dripping from the ceiling so I assumed it was a roof leak, I found and hired this person from friendly neighbor roof and restoration and they came out and inspected the roof in my attic and discovered my HVAC drain runoff pipe was clogged which overflowed my drip pan, NOT my roof so he went over and beyond and took a shop vac and sucked out the debris from my drain runoff pipe and got it going again. They went over and beyond their normal duty to help me out being away from home I am so impressed."

"Greg and his crew did an excellent job on our roof replacement! The quality of his work and communications on the job prior to, during, and after the job gave us a very high level of comfort and confidence. He was able to get the replacement of a very large roof done in two days. He was personally at our place throughout the job to answer questions. We had some related siding issues that he also completed to limit future leaks. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking to have a roof repair or replacement."

"BJ is very professional, quick communication, shows up when he says he will and does great work. He's done great work for us on our roof, shower, drywall and paint."

"I was upstairs and I heard a lot of noise and the house started shaking. There were cracks inside the house. I asked what happened and they said the jack slipped. After that they said everything was good, looked level. They were supposed to redo my front steps by tearing the whole thing down and reconstructing it, but they talked me into just letting them fill in the area under the stairs with concrete and they did a sloppy job as fast as he could so they could get paid and be done with the projects. Now water gets under those area he filled and goes into the foundation. The hand railing is also not secured well to the concrete and I requested the redo that. I realized after they were done that the house was not level by the garage door. They hired a person to install a new door and he had real trouble getting the old one taken down and then had trouble with the install as well. The crew did not clean up after themselves at all. My niece and I spent 5 hours cleaning up all the bricks and concrete. One day they left my front door open and my house was filled with concrete dust everywhere. I called them several times to ask them to come out and look at the spot above the garage that was still sagging. They would tell me they were going to come out once they get more work in the area, but never came. A few months ago he said I never complained or called him. He still hasn't been out here to look at the house and I don't think he's planning on it. The last time we talked he said he was going to call before he came out but I haven't heard from him. I was responsible for repairing the drywall crack on the interior, but was assured there wouldn't be many, however, there are huge cracks all over the house."

"These gentlemen were very professional, informative, and very cooperative. When they discovered more damage to my roof, they inquired me before proceeding. They are still my go to contractors for my homes in MS while living out of state.

"I worked with Wood?s roofing (Garrett) on two roof repairs and one replacement in Providence. Garrett was quick to respond and communicated very well. He was on time and interfaced with the tenants in the properties. His prices were less than the insurance estimate. He was a lifesaver! Will definitely work with him in the future!"

"They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.

"The work crew arrived on time, and, over approximately 3 days, removed the old roof, replaced damaged decking, replaced flashing, and put down deck felt, and repaired a damaged soffit.  The new roofing was the style and color I requested.  What I was equally impressed with was the clean up!

"My husband and I purchased a fixer upper home that needed some work. The roof was in bad shape. We called Tommy who came out very quickly and examined our roof. He was able to handle all the prep work and paperwork for us in a timely manner and was able to get approval for us to get a new roof. The process was a breeze. He helped us pick the perfect new color of shingles that turned out beautifully. The workers were fast, friendly and did not make a mess which was greatly appreciated. Our new roof turned out gorgeous and has added value and curb appeal to our home. We could not have asked for better customer service. Tommy is super friendly, wonderful to work with and has customer satisfaction as his main priority. My husband and I would highly recommend this company for any roofing or home repairs you may need."
