Mike from Tom Drexler called to let me know he was on his way, gave me the estimate before starting work, and explained what he was doing and why. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the pipes quickly and made sure it was working properly before leaving. I was very satisfied with the service. The price was more than I was expecting but I am happy to have this fixed, as it was causing leaks in my kitchen ceiling and I should not have any other issues. I will be requesting Mike for any future plumbing issues."

When he could not trouble shoot the problem, he called Moen Company and stayed on the phone with them to attempt to solve the problem. When the problem could not be solve, he had Moen send me a new replacement faucet. Water was leaking around so he recaulked the bowl. he was hear 2 hours. Labor cost was $130. and supllies were $63.68. I will use Dand R services in the future. <br />"
