"If I could give more than 5 stars I would. In early December, a winter storm destroyed my backyard fence. The back fence was on the ground and I could see directly into my neighborâ  s backyard. The left side was damaged as well. I requested several fence quotes, however Mac Fencing was by far the best as the quote provided project and cost details. Brad, the owner, contacted me the same day I requested a quote and was able to come out the next day to look over the damage. I chose Mac Fencing because of their customer recommendations and the quality of work displayed in their website photos. Additionally, I received prompt replies, they were easy to work with, offered ideas, and helped me solve some logistic issues (for example: where new fencing should go around pool equipment, working around other neighborâ  s fence etc.). The team began on a Monday and successfully completed the project on Thursday - a whole day ahead of schedule! The arrived early each day, were professional, careful around pool/equipment, and cleaned up the work site. I now have a new fence, two side-entry gates, and since I have a pool: peace of mind and security. If you are looking for a quality fencing company, look no further. "Ergeon did the consultation, but a sub contractor did the installation. Mine was installed by SPR Landscaping in Fremont. Work: Install picket fence around front yard, install wooden gate with metal frame for driveway. Demolish and haul away old gate. Communication - 4/5 They were responsive and answered any questions I had. There was an instance where they didn?t get back to me until the next day, but they addressed my concerns when they did. Timeliness - 4/5 Besides the initial walkthrough and a follow-up visit, the crew arrived on time. Quality of work - 3/5 The picket fence looks great. There were a couple of gaps where the horizontal rails met the posts which they fixed with wood filler. There were some over pour of concrete on my already paved walkway which I cleaned up after they left. Some of the welds could have been done better but the installer assured me they are strong. Overall, friendly people to work with. "

"It was great. An excellent job done very efficiently, in spite of weather issues. Even the city inspector was impressed. The company owners were very easy to work with and took into consideration all of the special issues this particular job had. They were easy to talk to and quickly answered my questions as they came up. I will certainly contact them when I need a general contractor for future projects."

"Ok, here's the real deal with this company. Decent work, granted. However, follow up is terrible. The length of time to get the job done was extended out further than discussed. And forget about call returns. I've been ghosted by this guy so many times I'm now resorting this to maybe help him change or in the very least improve on his communications. He seems to be more concerned about getting his fee than anything else. He told me a couple of months to begin and finish a job. Even after I had it prepared for him. 6 months later its finally done and after I had to start pestering him. Never again!!!!"
