"To make a long story short: We are very happy with our new kitchen and our decision to go with Reborn Cabinets, Inc. Very happy with both the new appearance as well as the process which was personal and amazingly swift. It is not easy to please me/us, and we had a number of past experiences that fueled a genuine mistrust about any remodeling and construction promises. We had some goal how much to spend and obtained several bids from different companies. They ranged from solid but outrageously above budget (Peace of Heart Remodeling, 818-807-8038) to spectacularly surreal without any substance (Top Value California Construction, 310-425-6129). And last but not least, Ryan Reed from Reborn Cabinets Inc (714-678-2228) showed up, and with a quiet and almost obsessive detail-orientated endurance analyzed our needs, options, solutions, not shying away from sacrificing his time-off to meet again until everything was discussed. He drew a precise plan, indicated what other service professionals would have to be included and coordinated (plumbing, countertops, etc), defined the time frame and the cost which - amazingly - stayed within our budget goals. A timeline was set out: measuring technician, wait period of about 3 weeks, and under the supervision of project team leader Ron Giesler, the demolition and rebuild occurred on the dot, starting on 9/18 and being completed on 10/5 (of the same year!). Troubleshooting in the implementing phase was promptly addressed. Major kudos to the two installers Erick Lozano and Christian Marquez who were efficient, creative, and very skilled in both routine tasks as well as in finding solutions to unexpected challenges. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to others or use it again if there was a need for other projects (bathroom etc)."

"The job was done with a high level of craftsmanship and on budget and on time. The countertops fit well and look great. Refaced cabinet doors and drawer boxes make it seem like new construction. Painting was performed well. New drawer sliding mechanisms were worth the extra cost. Only negatives were that the overall management of the job could have been more physically present on the site and more smooth, and a necessary lowering of the sink drain position probably should have been predicted based on the sink we chose. But overall we are very happy with the result and with the price and especially with the work being done well and on time. Note: total project cost was $23,000. Of that amount, Custom Countertops cost was $13,500."

"I am very pleased with Jeff and his professionalism. The consultation visit was collaborative and productive. He walked us through how we can maximize the space we currently have in the house. We were happy with the whole process that we didn't even bother shopping around. The contract is detailed so there were no confusion and everything met expectations. The custom cabinets were ready on schedule and we arranged installation shortly after. Jeff is hands on with his team of installers. It was a two day job and they cleaned up after themselves. These guys are artists in the truest form. <br /> They are uncompromisingly professional, detailed oriented and expert craftsmen. I tasked them with wood kitchen cabinets that were well beyond their, ?Sell By Date.?  Instead of calling it quits and trying to sell me new cabinets, they said they could make it look like new. Voila! The cabinets look better than when they were new. Then, to the bathroom cabinets: Instead of simply, ?touching up,? they masked, sprayed and created a cherry wood work of art. Their prices are reasonable and actually cheap for the time and craftsmanship they perform. I do not believe you could better at any price! <br />   <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Concept Renovation just completed a major kitchen remodel for us. Removed the linoleum floor and replaced it with natural stone (which turned out to be a nightmare to work with but looks fantastic finished). Refaced all the cabinets, Knocked out a section of wall and cabinets between the kitchen and living room and replaced it with a pony wall and a new overhead beam. Removed the original countertop and prepped it for the new quartz countertop. Removed the dishwasher and replaced it with custom cabinets. Moved electrical switches around to accommodate the wall removal and installed an overhead exhaust fan. We are totally pleased with all of the work. Conscientious, easy to deal with, made a lasting friend of our dog and did their best to keep the kitchen operational for us during the remodel. Bottom line their workmanship is excellent. Consistently showed up on time and clearly were focused only on us. The job was finished on schedule, but only due to them working extra and on Sundays just to stay on time! Additionally we had some problems with the countertop provider and our project manager was available for consultation and advice even after he had moved on to his next job. Their schedule is pretty full but definitely worth the wait. We would not hesitate to use them again. Very pleased and happy to write this review!"
