The estimates were broken down by paint category/type as well as the labor projections. Provided great feedback about color change considerations. We are booked for next Spring and looking forward to beginning work. This was also the only estimate that did not require at least a 20% down payment to book for Spring 2026, although 2 others did offer to wave upon hearing reasons for selection of this company vs their offer. This was not the least expensive nor the most expensive of 5 bids taken. Services performed at time of this review is the bid submission - no money paid at this time."

"Joe was excellent. He explained the work to be done, as well as the warranties for the different types of paint. He was very responsive to all our calls. If he wasn't available at the time of our call, he returned the call promptly. The crew that did the work was very professional. The crew performed all tasks as outlined in the contract. The crew cleaned up everything each day. I was nervous about the plants and trees the crew would have to work around, but there was no problem. Dave's crew did a fantastic job!"

"Pat and his guys painted the exterior of our home, a superb piece of work. They did a full-cover prime coat (very unusual!), then caulked thoroughly, then two coats of brush-and-roll top coat to exterior walls and trim, 2 colors. These guys gave our home, whose exterior had been totally neglected for a long time, the best and most thorough painting that I have ever seen. They removed exterior fixtures, cables and fittings (replacing each of them after paint had been applied), so there were no shadows behind or around those things, were tidy and orderly at all times along the way, left no mess, and were friendly and courteous at all times. Excellent, excellent. Absolutely recommended!!"

"Our experience with Carroll Painting was excellent. Their commitment to the highest quality craftsmanship at reasonable prices best sums up working with them. They did a whole house exterior painting of a large stucco home for us. They used the finest quality paint for all trim, soffits and fascia and deep coats of elastomeric stucco paint in both sprayed and hand rolled application. Our house not only looks great, but is also great to the touch when compared to the dry, deeply weathered and faded stucco surface we had. Steps: Whole house pressure wash; whole house caulking and sealing; patch/repairs to stucco; whole house painting. I would also like to compliment Peter Carroll for his flexibility and willingness to work with us on our color choices. He said he wanted us to be happy with the final job no matter what so we did go back and forth on color choices in the beginning. Once we finalized our choices, with the help of his excellent color sense and recommendations, and the assurance we could make changes during the job if we needed to; we ended up making only one change (on the color of the garage doors) and now have house that pops, tastefully. Their work crew was just as committed to excellence and flexibility as the company owners. They did not watch the clock often working long into the early evening to complete their day’s goal. They were a pleasure to work with."
