Geno advised the windows were fine, which we were glad to hear. He said he could remove the trim, and then install new aluminum casing around the windows. He also said he could install an aluminum sill sloped away from the windows. Russell (the technician) did a fantastic job. The result was better than I imagined it would look. We will definitely be contacting Geno when we need more work done."

So when a more recent storm damaged some second story shutters, I called them. Mindy in the office was very good about keeping me informed of the timetable for delivery and installation of the shutters. The installer was very neat and professional. It wasn't so easy for him to place his ladder due to large bushes we have next to the house. The shutters look great and I did not have to do any cleanup after he was done."
