"Geno is EXTRAORDINARILY AWESOME!!! First off, i received 3 estimates from other roofing companies here on Angie's list and all 3 of them told me i needed a new roof costing between $3k - $3.5K. I was very sure i didn't need a new roof, just repairs and a good coating as i already have a rubber roof. Then i called Geno. Well, talk about caring and professional. He went up on the roof the very next morning. I never told him what the other roofers said. He called me the very next day after going up on my roof and told me: "Ms. Rosado, you don't need a new roof just some good repair and a good coating". "Now here is a very honest man"!! He did not try to upsell me. When he quoted the price for the work, i thought my hearing went bad". Less than 1/2 of what the other roofers asked for. This man is worth his weight in gold!!! As a woman i hate doing business with men because they often think women are stupid. Geno didn't speak to me as if i were ignorant of what my needs were and truly treated me as if i were his mother. He gave me the upmost respect. He is genuine and concerned about my needs. He told me when he could do the job and did it exactly as he said he would. He took before and after pics and showed me exactly what needed to be done. He showed me how my skylight was basically sitting on the floor and he sent me pics of him doing the skylight in progress. The leak i had in my back bedroom has stopped leaking. He placed new flashing where the roof meets the shingles. Geno even texted me after it rained to ask if i saw any leaking. He checks in on his customers.......who does this??? This man is a GOD send!!! He even threw in a new drain box at no additional cost. Talk about AWESOME!!! I gave my co-worker his info and will give his name to all my family and friends. I am absolutely happy with my roof and love Geno!! It's not every day that you find an honest man in business like him. Give him a try, you will NOT be disappointed. And if i ever need any roofing needs in the future, I will definately call Geno! "We met a few days prior to the start of the job. My wife and I had a vacation scheduled and the work was done while we were away. James kept us in the loop during the whole process. He found a few issues with rot in the framing of deck roof and the chimney as he opened things up. We added those two items onto the list of work. James sent us pictures along the way. When we returned home the project was 90% done. Because of the framing work that needed done and some weather issues the job took 2 days longer than projected...no worries, that happens on every project no matter what. It was not because of anything James did wrong, actually it was because he wanted the fix done right and then there was rain. It took James and his team 2 more days. We did a walk around the property on monday after we returned while the team was still there and reviewed what was still to be done, and what needed a little extra attention. By the end of the next day the job was done. In total the Townsley team was there 9 days. During that time they repaired the decking and framing of the roof, removing the old and replace the roof shingles including all new drip edge, caps, flashing and shingles, replaced 2 skylights, power washed the siding, gutters, eaves, chimney, painted all exterior surfaces including shutters (after removal), siding, gutters, eave, soffit, downspouts, exterior wood trim and the ceiling of the deck area, and several stucco repairs that were needed. Throughout the process, James' communication was excellent, and the product of his work was fantastic...the house looked brand new. WELL DONE! A great value as well. When done, the team cleaned up the mess that was present, including cleaning the deck, returning the outdoor furniture to its original location, and blowing the dust from the property. We have a new house, or so it seems for a very reasonable price. Thank you James and your team as well. Dave"

"Impriano’s reps were extremely helpful in selecting replacement roofing materials to prevent a roof failure like I had just experienced. They made recommendations for what I needed and explained it in a manner I could understand which was not the case with a different roofing contractor who came to my home to estimate the job. To me, the situation was something of an emergency with winter approaching, and Impriano made scheduling of my roof a priority. Workers were very professional, punctual, and took great care not to impact the adjacent townhouse properties. Workers kept me informed of how work was progressing. They took photos at various stages so I could see the work being done; the photos of the completed job confirmed that my existing gutter guards, etc., had been secured. They were very attentive to small details. For example, they pointed out that the nails used on an existing metal cover between my house and my adjoining neighbor were silver while the cover was brown. Although the roof is 3 stories high, they decided to use brown coated nails so the nails would blend with the cover. At the completion of the job, they cleaned everything up and used a metal detector to locate errant nails on my driveway."

"I needed a new roof to satisfy the Insurance company (my existing roof was 28 years old). Called Home Run Roofing at 5pm on Monday, scheduled the rep for the next morning. Thorough inspection of all roofing components, discussed price, color etc. They happened to have a cancellation on Friday (today). The work crew arrived and quickly dispatched the old roof, had the barriers in place, ridge vent installed shingles placed and total cleanup of the site by just after 2pm. Amazing!
