"I needed a new roof to satisfy the Insurance company (my existing roof was 28 years old). Called Home Run Roofing at 5pm on Monday, scheduled the rep for the next morning. Thorough inspection of all roofing components, discussed price, color etc. They happened to have a cancellation on Friday (today). The work crew arrived and quickly dispatched the old roof, had the barriers in place, ridge vent installed shingles placed and total cleanup of the site by just after 2pm. Amazing! "It went very well. Ivan is exactly the kind of contractor that I was looking for. When he came out for an estimate, he paid close attention to exactly what I needed, he did a detailed inspection, and he did not try to sell me on any unnecessary replacements. Ivan was prompt in scheduling a date for the repairs/cleaning, and he arrived on time. His price was fair, and he did all of the repairs himself, paying close attention to detail and making sure that all of my gutters were in great shape. "Paragon replaced the flashing and siding around the chimney because the roof leaked during storms with high wind. Paragon also repaired the damage to the ceilings on the main and second floors due to the leak. After the work was done, a severe storm hit and the leak was back. I called Paragon and they came out immediately to inspect. They guaranteed they would repair the flashing again and repair the ceilings at no charge because they stood behind their original work. They repaired the flashing and told me to call them after the next severe storm to make sure the repair was successful before repairing the ceiling damage. Sure enough, another storm with winds struck, and there was no leakage. I called Paragon, and they sent a crew to repair the ceiling. Thank you to Mauricio and his crew for handling the repairs!"
