When I called Fence & Deck Connection to repair the fence, I didn't even remember that they provided a lifetime warranty on it. But of their own accord they reminded me of that fact and came out and did the needed repairs. It is very rare that I have ever used a product’s warranty and never have I used one twenty years after I made a purchase. Providing that warranty and then honoring it the way they did: That was amazing service!"

"Mark Roberts and the building crew were excellent! They removed our 384 sq. foot wood deck completely and installed a composite deck the same size. It is absolutely beautiful and we are getting compliments from everyone! Mark did a really good job inspecting our existing structure, explaining things to us, drawing up ideas for what we wanted (we originally wanted a deck/patio combo but the county wouldn't approve the permit), and helping us get a site survey. Mark came back after the county denied our original permit and did all the paperwork over again to get a full deck. He was very helpful and accommodating. The crew that worked on the project were very professional and worked very quickly. They did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves. There were no surprise costs and the job was done in about a week and a half. We have had to deal with some very poor contractors in the past when it came to our deck so we were skeptical but Deck and Fence Company did better than we expected. We wish they did more than just decks and fences so we could hire them for other jobs. I would recommend them 100%."

"Tom was incredibly responsive and helpful. My ~30yro roof was leaking and he came the next morning and made a quick repair to hold us over until we could get a new roof. Even with the horrific condition of the roof we found him to be professional and sociable. We were able to schedule his team the same week which was wonderful because it allowed us to stay on track with other remodeling we had going on. <br /> The team that did the install was very friendly and did good work. The only minor issue is that some of the workers smoked and while they did contain their cigarette butts to the area near the cars they forgot to pickup them up as part of the cleanup. Because the butts were all in one area I believe this was just an oversight since the area was removed from the rest of the work space. All other areas were left clean. This was a very minor issue and one that I'm sure requires only a simple reminder to avoid in the future. <br /> I would recommend Lyons Contracting for roof work without any reservations. <br />"
