He gave us a free quote, a full scope description, and pictures of issue areas. After we signed the contract, the Keith team came out the next week to complete the work. So in total, we had everything fixed within 10 days of our first call. Hugh also gave us pictures of all the repairs, walking us through what he and his team accomplished. Another contractor told me that the job was impossible, because of obstables both between closet floor and dining room ceiling and closet ceiling and roof. The siding took a bit longer due to difficulty matching my 16 yr. old siding (an exact match was no longer being manufactured). I learned this is a common problem.
