"Mr Ostrom solved more problems than we had even imagined. The cabinets had been installed too low and mounted on the walls as though they were shelving with fronts installed. When they were taken down the "short-cuts" that were used during initial installation were revealed and then some. Mr Ostrom installed backs on all of the cabinets and repaired a huge hole in the drywall left long ago by the original carpenters . Now the cabinets are where they should be. Gosh, I can even put my coffee maker on the counter top underneath! Mr Ostrom returned my call promptly and offered an estimate within a day or two. Great job, thanks so much."

"After speaking with the broker I was left thinking the vehicle would be delivered in FL in about 3 days or so which is how long it takes me to drive. It took a week during which I was unable to contact the company for updates during the weekend and had to extend my car rental. It was picked up in RI only one day beyond the target date. I paid an extra charge for expedited service but it turns out expedited refers to targeted pick up date; not delivery date which is in the fine print but not in telephone conversations. The driver was very careful with the car and very courteous."

"John did an incredible job.  It was a very hard job, with a kitchen faucet that was there since the house was built 35 years ago, and no space to get to it.  He spent hours working on it and finally got it in.  It's beautiful. <br /> He also took down a built in microwave that has also been there since the dark ages and made from scratch a holder for the new one, then replaced it.  Everything was clean after he was done, as though he had not even been there.  He even fixed the exhaust pipe which had been installed improperly. <br /> On his way out I asked if he would please drill three holes for me in a piece of furniture I was repairing, because I couldn't get to the area of the  holes.  Not only did he drill the holes but placed the screws in them as well.  And it was late in the evening when he should have been with his family. <br /> A very very kind man, very knowledgeable, who is eager to help and is very professional.  He goes out of his way to help. <br /> I will call him again for any household problem.  Throwing out the other business cards, because John can do just about anything. <br /> RC Brown <br /> Albuquerque, NM <br />"
